Quarantine Order for CoVid-19 Pandemic

 Dear Tricia Tan Yee Ling,

Within our dialysis community I like to care & share my first personal genuine experience or exposure through you as an individual patient-volunteer topic about my first experience/exposure of QO by MOH as an individual person as well as as a dialysis patient for social awareness. Simply hereby you have none NKF email attached or engagement too. It is purely as an individual friendly human right freedom of expression. I am not sure whether I should go ahead to care & share within our diailysis community FB? Home Quarantine Order:-
Well, I had been quite busy & preoccupied since last Sunday 19th September 2021.
This is my first personal experience/exposure under Quarantine Order by MOH & the National Law as a haemodialysis (HD) patient in Singapore. I & another patient were suspected making contact a dialysis patient possibly & probably during 13rd (Monday) & 15th (Wednesday) of September 2021 as we were both sitting next to each other during our haemodialysis (HD) period.
Friday on 17th September 2021, the suspected dialysis patient was having 38.3 C high fever upon arrival at centre & he was immediately separated by our fast taking action nurses as caregivers right in front of us & hence immediately admitted to hospital under A & E case.
On 19th September around 3.00 pm while at home I was informed & received order by MOH to follow Home Quarantine Order (HQO) immediately under Singapore's LAW. At same night on 19th September at around 9.30 pm MOH sent a tester to check & investigate my case with Antigen Rapid Test (ART) & Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). ART is a test for positive or negative virus & PCR is a test to detect genetic material from a specific organism such as a a virus. The test detects the presence of a virus if you have the virus at the time of the test. So I was under the control MOH on then onward till further notice from time to time or case to case basis.
Monday on 20th September I did my ART & submitted through online connection to MOH by my children. We had received acknowledgement too. But I have not take any test for my PCR which is to be arranged by MOH if necessary from time to time or case to case basis.
Yesterday 21st September I was arranged by MOH in Singapore to do my haemodialysis (HD) treatment or therapy at Jurong West, 500 Corporation Road Singapore 649808. About 15 minutes walking distance from Lakeside MRT. It is happening same address of our NKF Integrated Renal Centre (IRC) Health-Hub where I use to go for my Gym Tonic exercise on every Tuesday on weekly basis since beginning of this year 2021 too.
I use to have my normal haemodialysis (HD) treatment or therapy at Jo Gerry Essery - NKF Marsiling Dialysis Centre on 1-3-5 noon shift between 12.00 to 5.00 pm. But this week I had been arranged by MOH on 2-4-6 ( 21st, 23rd & 25th Sept ) morning session between around 9.00 am till 2.00 pm. A taxi transport is provided for convenience too.
If all go well & smoothly I should be back to my normal dialysis centre on this coming Monday which is 27th September then.
My family & I are very satisfied & very happy for the quick action being taken by our Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH) in Singapore! Thank you Singapore! Singapore Boleh lah! Majulah Singapura! ✍️
