Yes, we just need to take extra preventive measures or precautions individually during this unpredictable & unforeseen CoVid-19 Pandemic period. It is worldwide phenomena! No choice we have to live with it nowadays. There is no need to cause fear or panic because we have effective MOH & discipline government in Singapore as far as HealthCare industries services or business.
Like any other vaccinations it is none permanent actually. Particularly for vulnerable ageing patients such like dialysis patients within our dialysis community, we care & we share.
I took first jab in February then following May for 2nd jab & finally the 3rd jab in September of 2021. We too have daily temperature scan & regular ART checked & PCR whenever necessary upon the individual conditional factors from time to time or case to case basis. Within our dialysis community strictly we must adhere to as per MOH's instructions by laws & the dialysis centre policymakers as a rule. We dialysis patients must be disciplined ourselves too!
Quick response & action usually speak louder than anything else in earth-journey. And through my own personal genuine experience or exposure I trust & believe we have excellent teams of dialysis centre combination formula with MOH in Singapore!
Because in September I made direct contact with a dialysis patient who was tested positive with high fever. I was immediately under Home Quarantine Order for 5 to 6 days. The positive patient who is my dialysis centre buddy recovered within 2 weeks under Quarantine Order with proper treatment. He is about 57 years old visually impaired while I am about 74, a deaf patient.
