I was transferred from NKF Yishun DC1 to Marsling DC which is nearest to my residential area on 16th May 2018. So by now it had been roughly 3 years & 5 months.
This is a beautiful housing estate with excellent environment too. It is block 204 Marsiling Drive. & bus stops from my Wood-grove housing estate for which Marsiling & Wood-grove share a common National best up-to-date transportation MRT station as a border linkage for meeting place.
Here, we have totally 22 stations or slots of haemodialysis (HD) patients in each session from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is a rest day for all NKF dialysis centre Singapore National wide. In other words we have a maximum of 22 patients for each session. from Monday to Saturday. I am on 1-3-5 noon shift as from 12.00 pm to about 5.00 pm schedule. I have 3 sessions in each week basis & each session lasting for at least 4 hours at a minimum session.
This dialysis centre is in operation since May 2018 but officially launched & opened by our honorable Singapore President Mdm Halimh Yacob on 15th June 2019. We have around 22 NKF staffs all in all under an experienced nurse manager. Most of nurses are from foreign countries but luckily we too have a few Singaporean too. We have multiple communities in our dialysis centre. It is thus becoming my 2nd home since day 1 with NKF Singapore for which I joined on 20th March 2015.
