What how when where & why is a professional nurse (caregiver) and a regular dialysis patient relationship or bondage??

  • As a constant patient for 35 months in a clinic or centre for hemodialysis patient I believe with confidence the following points perhaps need to raise as a basic patient for treatment or therapy for reference:-
    1) Nursing is a bridge of their hearts hands & legs for a patient & the brain of doctors.
    2) Nursing is being one loving/caring the task of handling a sick & or dying patient as a sole caregiver or provider in most professional mannerism.
    3) Nursing is to know & to understand or to realize a patient's most weakest moment such as his/her invisible illnesses.
    4) Nursing should be able to well communicate & interact with those weakest patients in their best body languages whenever necessary from time to time & or case to case basis.
    5) Nursing should always mindful or alert with a patient's personal need or requirement as a caregiver or provider on the spot.
    6) Nursing should not be rough in mishandling a patient in any mannerism whatsoever. It is always engaging patients in gentle with tenderness.
    7) Nursing is also to bridge for those with poor communication & interaction with their patients' family caregivers or providers especially important medical messages need to pass across clearly & sharply.

A nurse is a basic human being too & therefore it is somewhat somehow sometime somewhere subjective to mishandling or mistake(s) while attending or engaging with patients in whatever form they may be. We as patients should be patient tolerable or bearable enough whenever/wherever possible. They are after all our clinic or centre sole caregivers or providers. We should always be reasonable & be co-operative to them with mutual better understanding too. Return with THANK YOU ALWAYS with smiling & cheering appreciative mood whenever or wherever possible will surely make the treatment or therapy environment full of fun & joy along our struggling journey! May all sentient beings well healthy happy with peacefulness. Smile & cheers always~~~

Next month I will soonest be 36 months or 3 years rather with hemodialysis (HD) treatment or therapy in Singapore. I visit SGH once a year today with all my medical review on my body's various sickness or illness. Every week I have to attend 3 times of each session lasting for 4 solid hours of HD, 4 MRT station from home. I had been facing/observing nursing productivity since 2014, then. This phenomena tend to make me always to recalling my memory career during my adult period of working state in workshop services industry dealing with productive technicians or mechanics who engage with the repairing tasks or jobs for the heavy machinery that I was once responsible for inclusive local workshop training & or manufacturers' contact or connection for further improvement on products application in the fields etc. They are from basic apprentices to senior technicians plus respective divisional supervisors & charge-hands too.
As I am almost completing my 3rd year with HD next month, I sincerely hope & wish I have learned the most basic HD process or procedure & thus therefore readily to put everything behind my mind & continue to move on along my struggling journey there onward. Of course there are plenty room or space for further personal lifelong learning in term of long run educational culture & value still. As the FACE-BOOK PAGES is my world of personal basic communication & interaction for which I am most comfortable of or with due to hearing impair therefore I like & want to express my inner voice through online sincerely & honestly. Thanks!

Today it is 15th September 2021. It had been 7 years by next month October that I had been engaging with haemodialysis (HD) treatment or therapy since 22nd October 2014. Every week, at least 3 times weekly on alternative except Sunday is a rest day, & each session of HD, & each session at least lasting for approximately 4 hours of normal session, I have to face I have the access & I have to accept or manage with their services & caring attention for upkeeping my healthcare system for quality of lifestyle or life-journey particularly with multiple illnesses as I am ageing along for the rest of journey on earth.

Therefore naturally the dialysis clinic or centre has become my 2nd home. It is such that a home away from my sweet family home. Therefore all the nurses as caregivers inclusive the serving staffs are like my family sisters & brothers. These two years since 2019 because of this unforeseen circumstance of CoVid-19 pandemic period we patients truly appreciate their dedication serving at the very frontier line of our healthcare system in Singapore. To all nurses & staffs at clinic centre & hospital under MOH of Singapore too. Thanks so much indeed!
