  For some reasons, I was informed through my family eldest son, that I must follow Quarantine Order immediately effective as from Sunday 19/09/21 afternoon time around 3.00 pm authorized by MOH in Singapore. This is strictly by National Law that my family & I must follow & adhere strictly & accordingly in due course. The reason was I had contacted with one of our haemodialysis (HD) patients who suspected to have contacted Covid-19 Pandemic may be starting around on 13rd & 15th September 2021. It was confirmed later on last Friday on 17th September 2021 which was the last time met each other at dialysis centre as if not mistakenly he got high fever around 38.3 C while checking-in for dialysis treatment at outside of dialysis centre's entry. He was instantly arranged for admission to hospital for further verification & investigation under A & E admission. This case or incident from there-onward under full control of MOH in due course. By the way because he is always next seat to my right hand side during normal dialysis treatment or therapy & hence I was naturally need to take immediate precaution too. So is his next patient on his right too. Upon confirmation the case officially what how when where & who was happening from the starting point, according to chain of sequence spontaneously instantaneously, therefore immediately MOH took action to order myself for immediately QO by online messages. For me it is effective from Sunday on 19th September onward till 25th September subjective to recheck again if necessary & or thereafter. At same time, MOH immediately took action at 9.30 pm night to come to my house to check & investigate my ART & PCR. This is the efficiency that I like to emphasize right now & here as a dialysis patient in Singapore! My family truly admire & trust our medical experts about professionals commitment & responsibility as far as healthcare industries or services or business. Everything were explained & investigated from day 1 of happening events o
