Referring to my first QO (1) under P & C for personally note & record as well as for my family information to follow with ease of mind-heart & concern, Yes, this particular case is directly coming into contact with patient who tested positive with covid-19 pandemic in Singapore dialysis centre. I am now will have to care & share what how when where & why I have gone through the incident or phenomena without any panic or fear at all simply I trust & believe MOH is doing an effective tasks & jobs as far as healthcare system or management is concerned. Most essential is the immediate ACTIONS upon happening incidents!!! This is also a way a path to over come any panic or scary reality in our daily really living lives of lifestyle as a result of unpredictable & unforeseen circumstance or situation arising from time to time & or case to case basis as far as during this critical period of CoVid-19 pandemic breaking-out & spreading world-wide.
The first day when I was ordered for HQO that night MOH sent someone to the house to test & check my ART & PCR which was on Sunday 19 September. Then arranged & instructed through online messages from time to time or case to case basis through online interconnectivity. My family members ae all getting involved too as I am a deaf dialysis patient who needs help in effective communication & interaction.
My dialysis's normally 1-3-5 noon shift schedule was timely arranged & changed to 2-4-6 at 9.00 am shift at a spot of clinic or dialysis centre under QO too. To & fro transportation were timely arranged in order by MOH too. It is fully under the control of MOH! I would be away from my normal dialysis centre estimately around a week (from 19th till 26th) if all go well smoothly & accordingly. Therefore I should be back to my normal dialysis centre on Monday 27th September by then if all arrangement working well & accordingly!
