At centre I will immediately approach our centre nurse manager sister Mei who is an experienced nurse together with her colleagues as caregivers & occasionally our centre renal doctor.

At SGH hospital the renal doctor Dr SM Suhail now on yearly review basis only.

For my AV Graft life-line connector I approach our SGH AV vascular doctor, only if necessary basis, to be arranged by dialysis centre.
